How to Fight Against Loneliness

When we based it on


Loneliness is a complex and usually unpleasant emotional response to isolation or lack of companionship. Loneliness typically includes anxious feelings about a lack of connection or communication with other beings, both in the present and extending into the future.

I believe that there are more and more people who are under depression for various reasons and here are some tips how to fight against it, this is not scientifically basis but this is just based from my observation and maybe could help you too.

If you love singing,dancing or anything that you are passionate with,take time doing it.


3.Extend help to other people

Unboxing of mobile phone is one way to help people to know what to expect on mobile phone before they actually buy it. You can also find your own way how you could help other people according to your own capacity.
